Termite Control

What Are Termites ?
Termites, also known as white ants, are Timber Pests that feed on dead plants and trees. They are social insects that live together in colonies of up to several million and work underground and live in tunnels for the purpose of exploring food sources. As wood is their predominant food source, termites often find their way above ground provided there is a constant food source … your home.
What Can They Do to My Home ?
Termites will eat and destroy all forms of timber including:
- Flooring
- Walls
- Structural Beams
- Roofing Timbers
Termites cause more damage to homes in Australia than fires, floods, storms and tempest combined and will often cause damage within a few months of infestation.

Inspect for Termites
First step is to identify if termites are in your home by getting a termite inspection. A fully accredited technician will visually inspect all accessible areas of your home from the internal to the external of the property including all roof cavities and sub-floor areas.
An eight (8) page report will be issued at the completion of the inspection outlining:
- Any evidence (if any) of termite activity and/or termite workings/damage
- At risk areas where Termites may breach your home
- Chemical & Non Chemical Prevention Systems if required
- Ventilation issues/leaky or damaged pipes etc
- Other pest infestations eg. rodents
We know how important protecting your home is !
That is why we use the best. EXTERRA.

EXTERRA Stations are placed around your property to intercept termites. This complete and continuous zone is created by using a patented FOCUS Termite Attractant™ in each station so the Termites can be intercepted before they reach your home. Once intercepted REQUIEM™ Termite Bait is added to the EXTERRA Station. The termites feed on the REQUIEM™ Bait and the entire colony is eliminated, without harming the environment and is safe for you, your family and pets !
